Return Policy

 Because we are a small company, we strongly suggest you order samples first to decide what fragrances you like best. If a product is damaged during shipping, please email us at earthscentsfragrances@gmail.com immediately with a picture, if possible,  so we know how to proceed in replacing the damaged item. If you want to return an item, please email us at earthscentsfragrances@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your product. We consider returns on a case by case basis and if the product is still in new condition. If we are able to do a return on the item, the customer is responsible to return the item at their expense, with the return number listed on the package that we provide when confirming the return. Please allow 7 - 10 days to receive your refund.
